I think it's QML text boxes... It affects the Muon search bar as well as some Plasmoid settings http://imgur.com/FaduEgq
I tried with Kubuntu, and my own hand compiled KDE master

I'm not sure if this is related, but for the text field in the Notes Plasmoid, the context menu appears different from the rest of the Oxygen theme as well

Other context menus in that plasmoid appear to be fine

I am changing the affected version number, I think I still saw this in a fairly recent build

I think this can be resolved, I opened this before qqc2-desktop-style was a thing
