When opening the calendar on holiday or any other day where an appointment is, the left pane says "No holidays for today", I first have to click the current day for it to show the holiday.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure today is a holiday :D
2. Start plasmashell
3. Open calendar

Actual Results:  
Left pane says "No holidays today"

Expected Results:  
Left pane correctly lists holiday

Hello Kai, given that the clock has been redesigned, is it even possible to reproduce this bug now?
