In Kubuntu 16.04 when I open a kwallet, I'm asked for the passphrase three times - once for kde5 and twice for the "migration assistant".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a program that opens a kwallet

Actual Results:  
Password prompt shows three times

Expected Results:  
Password prompt shows once

After reinstalling kwalletmanager it seems that the problem is gone.
