screenshot showing task manager problem
By empty space you mean the space above the kmenu icon in your screenshot? Yes the space between the top and menu widget. So far random things like opening a chrome window or closing Emacs window would insert the space. The space goes away either automatically or with a click here and there. I started seeing this around 5.6.2 release. Nothing to do with the Task Manager then, reassigning to Panel. It looks like the space is only inserted temporarily in vertical panel and not in the bottom horizontal panel. I confirm the bug exists. Can't reproduce - is this still relevant? Plasma: 5.12.2 Apps: 17.12.2 Frameworks: 5.43.0 Qt: 5.10.1 Kernel: 4.14.22-1-MANJARO OS: Netrunner Rolling I can't reproduce it anymore. |
