I can confirm this one, it happen to me today using KDE Neon 5.6. Apparently most actions you take with KDE Partition Manager while having dolphin open will lead to a crash. Also dolphin won't register any changes made until you disconnect and reconnect the drive. Eg: in my case i deleted all the partitions from a usb connected laptop drive, dolphin crashed. After i re-open it "surprise" all the deleted partitions are shown on the left panel, mounted and accessible as well. Something else i noticed is that KDE Partition Manager mounts all unmounted partitions when you open it. I don't get why? Created attachment 100306 [details]

Same just happened to me. No partitionmanager involved, simply ejecting a card reader crashed dolphin in the background.
