konqueror (4.14.16) on KDE Platform 4.14.16 using Qt 4.8.7
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
This happened under the same conditions as the first crash. The backtrace looks different in places so I have attached it in case it's helpful.

konqueror (4.14.22) on KDE Platform 4.14.22 using Qt 4.8.7
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had opened a fish session on one column and when it asked for the password instead of confirming the pre-filled in password I chose cancel and it crashed.
