breadcrumb sizes

See the attached image (left: current look, right: proposed).
Currently the breadcrumb is little at start, if you scroll down it disappear. If you scroll up it reappear and become very big.
Proposed: the breadcrumb start bigger (see first row of the image). When you scroll it become smaller (see second row of the image). If possible: if you scroll down again it start to disappear after some scrolling.
When you scroll up it reappear/become bigger again, but not bigger than the starting one.

bigger header by default

as requested by the VDG, make the header big by default
then scale down when the view gets flicked

pages without flickable still have a smaller header
