I am using proxy clips, on a virtual machine. 
Project profile 720p, proxy clip 360p.
Raw footage at 1080p. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add clip to timeline (my particular clip has no sound, track, not sure if this is important) It is the second clip on the timeline
2. Add speed effect
3. Drag speed effect slider bar

Actual Results:  
I get this segfault:

Completely fixed. 

Also, this is the first time I notice that speed can give you reverse clip direction. 
Nice.
