When I want to install a theme I recive an error that says Instalarea temei a eșuat. (4)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open System configurations and select workspace theme then from the left side of the window select workspace theme 
2.Click on install form file/ Get new themes
3.Select the theme/theme file click OK or install them OK


Actual Results:  
The System configurations in workspace theme section displays in the bottom-left corner Instalarea temei a eșuat. (4)

Expected Results:  
In the windows described above shoud display the new theme that  I can select it then click Apply button to use the theme

I use plasma 5.5.5 in Kubuntu 16.04 LTS  Xenial Xerus and qt ver. 5.5.1

Hello bogdan, it's been 15 versions of Plasma since then, is this still reproducible for you? If so, with what themes?
