I can not find a button to delete my account on bugs.kde.org so can you please delete it for me? Thanks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Want to delete account.
2. Login
3. Search for button.
4. Find nothing.

Actual Results:  
Can not delete my account.

Expected Results:  
Be able to delete account.
