Hello,
Krita Portable version 2.9.11 x64
When you choose to hide status bar then you quit and run Krita again, status bar shows up, it should be hidden from last session

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run krita
2. Open Krita File
3. Choose View from Menu Bar
4. Deselect "Show Status Bar"
5. Quit krita
6. Run Agian




Actual Results:  
7. Status bar will shows up again

Expected Results:  
8. Should be Hidden from Last Session
Note : in the other View settings it remains as selected for the next session like "Full Screen Mode" eg.

I love PPl who develop krita :)

Thank you for reporting this. I followed the steps and confirmed that the status bar will always appear by default when Krita first opens. I did this using Windows 7. Which version are you using to run Krita?

I'm sorry, I'm really behind with incoming bugs. I've been sick for over a week and then I was busy with trying to make the first beta builds for OSX, Linux and Windows... And since we've got the beta release tomorrow and the kickstarter on Monday, with Easter in between, I don't think I will be able to get down to going through all new and changed bugs this week.

I cannot reproduce this bug in the current version. If this still occurs with 3.x, please reopen.
