Emblems are literally indistinguishable at this size in any icon theme including Breeze and Oxygen and the size it's so small that it makes it nearly impossible to create a meaningful icon in the size it's probably requiring them, I'm estimating that it's 8px or less.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin
2. Change to Icon view
3. Move slider to 22px

Actual Results:  
Indistinguishable emblem icons.

Expected Results:  
No emblem icons.

If I understood your wish correctly, this should be the case with the next version of Dolphin (18.08). I'll therefore close this bug report. Please reopen the report if this is for some reason not the case for you. Thanks!
