I LIKE Konqueror but I wish it had Mozilla style image blocking (on a per server basis). 

Also I would like to be able to specify how many times animations play (also like Mozilla)

This may be a duplicate of bug 17242. But, if I may add, it would be the main 
reason for me to stick with Mozilla (now that tabbed browsing is implemented).
