Parley 1.1.1 , KDE 4.14.13 ubuntu 14.04 64 bit

A number of vocabularies don't  get promoted when answered correctly. They are stuck on level 2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to practise mode
2. answer correctly. first time the words get promoted from level 1 to 2, then get stuck forever on level 2



Expected Results:  
All words should be promoted. In my vocabulary file presently it is about 20 words out of 1000
