Arch systemsettings 5.6.2-1

Workspace Theme - Desktop Theme - Get New Theme - Get Hot New Stuff/System Setttings Add-On Installer
first gives:
Loading provider information

then gives the error:
Loading of providers from file: http://download.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml failed

even though entering that URL into a browser does return a file:
<providers>

<provider>
 <id>opendesktop</id>
 <location>https://api.opendesktop.org/v1/</location>
 <name>openDesktop.org</name>
 <icon></icon>
 <termsofuse>https://opendesktop.org/terms/</termsofuse>
 <register>https://opendesktop.org/usermanager/new.php</register>
 <services>
   <person ocsversion="1.3" />
   <friend ocsversion="1.3" />
   <message ocsversion="1.3" />
   <activity ocsversion="1.3" />
   <content ocsversion="1.3" />
   <fan ocsversion="1.3" />
   <knowledgebase ocsversion="1.3" />
   <event ocsversion="1.3" />
 </services>
</provider>

</providers>

I don't know that I've ever seen "Get New Themes" actually work in kde though.

Reproducible: Always

I'm using Linux Mint and when I try to install a new theme for the window decorations it just keep loading but not show any theme for download.

Same here on openSUSE Tumbleweed, on my work laptop.
Note that I reach the internet through an http proxy, correctly configured in System Settings.

I can reach that xml file using a browser or wget.
Moreover, I can correctly use Get Hot New Stuff when I'm at home (no proxy).

I have to add that I have this error whenever the Get Hot New Stuff functionality is involved, not only in this specific case.

Just a little addition: when I say "Same here on openSUSE..." I mean that I have the same behavior of the original poster (i.e. James), not as the previous commenter (Creitom de Souza Oliveira).

This is fixed now.
