Some krita files including vector shape are broken:
the vectors have wrong size, either way too big or too small.

It can be reproduced especially with two of the template files:
-Comics - European comics (shapes are much smaller than originally)
-Design - The last one ( 2140x1440 ) (shapes are much bigger than originally)

Those files used to work recently (last time I opened them was two weeks ago, before doing this commit: dc9858c1e6067ca954e5dcd28d48c17e4bfeefff , though I'm not sure how old was my build..)

Nevermind, it is actually a bit different than bug 361883 as here the same files load correctly in 2.9, but not in 3.0.

Deevad just reported the same issue that is preventing him to load any P&C page in 3.0
