Empty menu when selecting "View/Headers"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "View" menu
2. Click "Headers" from View menu
3.

Actual Results:  
nothing gets displayed even though the ">" indicates there should be some options for Headers

Expected Results:  
No choices displayed

openSUSE Tumbleweed (20160412)
kmail 5.1.90 rc
KDE Frameworks 5.21.0
Qt 5.5.1 (built against 5.5.1)

Install kdepim-addons too.
