Allow showing peoples avatars when viewing a message or composing a message. Similar to
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/ldapinfoshow/?src=hp-dl-upandcoming

When working remote, it really adds a lot to the conversation when you can see the faces of the people. Also it helps a lot when writing to peolpe with similar names and auto-completion guesses it wrong. Seeing the avatar helps recognize such errors.
