Hi Eliot, Well, that sounds like WIndows doesn't restore the GPU state correctly. It removes the textures that Krita holds, and that's fatal. But as far as I know, there is nothing we can do about it! Krita doesn't get any notification that suspend is impending, nor that the computer woke up. This really is a bug in windows and/or the nvidia driver. With an Intel GPU there is no problem... Hi Boud Very strange is that in v2.9.10.2 Animation Edition 64 bit (I using it for weeks now, everyday) this crash not appear... Maybe this is qt5 related somehow... From IRC disscusion about this bug: "<Storm-Engineer> Not sure if related since I'm on Linux but after waking up from sleep there is all kinds of random noise on teh canvas until I do something to update it." Yes, it's another form of the same issue. |
