Any times if i turn on/off my A/V amplituner (Yamaha RX-A840 - AVENTAGE) or switch video/audio input from HDMI2 (PC) to AV4 (SmartTV) (and back to HDMI2) or turn off => on TV - plasma always be crashed.
(i have connected pc to my home theater: PC =>A/V Amplituner =>LG 4k SmartTV)
If any window is not minimalized after crash borders and window title bar disappear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn OFF A/V amplituner or turn OFF TV.
2. Turn ON A/V amplituner or turn OFF TV.

Actual Results:  
Plasma crash and automaticaly restart.

Expected Results:  
Return to the previous state.

PC configuration:
Processor: Intel i7 4790k (4GHz@4.4GHz)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 G1
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Ranger
RAM: 16GB (2400MHz) HyperX Savage
SSD's: Samsung Evo 850 250GB and Samsung Evo 850 500GB
Monitor: no monitor (connected via HDMI to A/V amplituner and LG 4k SmartTV)
System:
Linux Manjaro 15.02 /KDE (5.6.1) / kernel 4.4.6-1-MANJARO (dual boot with windows 8.1)
GPU drivers version: Nvidia 361.42
Resolution: 1920x1080 @60Hz

If you have a crash we need a backtrace to fix it. Otherwise we don't have information to go on

Though from what you've described it's probably a known issue fixed with Qt5.6
