Description Raghavendra kamath 2016-04-09 08:43:50 UTC
I have already filed a bug report with the breeze product here - > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361549

I am filing this report in case it is a problem in Krita ( although I know that it uses system file dialog boxes)

the file dialog uses light breeze icon theme even if the theme is dark which makes it hard to see the icons and makes them almost invisible

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Krita and create a new document, choose dark theme if it is not default
2.Trigger the save dialog by pressing Ctrl + S.

Actual Results:
you'll notice that the buttons such as create new folder or go to top folder etc are using light breeze icon theme thus making them almost invisible

Expected Results:
the icon theme should match the theme used by application

Pardon me for writing duplicate bug report but in this case it was not clear whom should the bug report addressed and I was a bit confused and couldn't understand , I even posted a forum post in breeze polish topic about this you can find it here -> https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=285&t=127663&start=150#p353927

thank you

I can confirm the issue. I'm not sure what's going on here, or whether we can even fix it; it looks to me like a regression in the file dialog itself.
