Im using the kwin configuration double-click to minimize a window. Just after the upgrade to Plasma 5.6, Qt5.6 and Framework 5.20 it dont work anymore. Sometimes i need 3 clicks, sometimes i can click 1000times without an effect and sometimes i need to click once, wait a secound and then the double-click works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemsettings > window management > titlebar actions > double-click: minimize > apply
2. doubleclick on the window titlebars of some apps

Actual Results:  
it mostly dont work with 2 clicks

Expected Results:  
it should work with 2 clicks again

i dont know if my bug is could be a duplicate of
