Display and Monitor from system settings is missing tray icon to faster configuration. It would be good to add it back as it was in KDE4.

Reproducible: Always


Actual Results:  
Display and Monitor tray icon is missing.

Expected Results:  
Display and Monitor may be possible to set it up to show as tray icon

It seems to be there now in Plasma 5.24 at least.

If the thing in Plasma 5.24 isn't able to do what you'd like, please feel free to file additional bug reports about the specific functionality yo want to see in it.
