I have 3 monitors:
1. notebook monitor
2. work monitor, which have same resolutions as notebook and is plugged into docking station
3. home monitor, which have different resolution

When changing from home to work monitors, panel from secondary monitor is always turned into first one and cannot be drag&dropped to second one. Panel from secondary overlaps panel from primary monitor. I have to always remove and create new one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch secondary monitors
2.
3.

Actual Results:
panel from secondary is on primary monitor

Expected Results:
panel should be loaded on it previous place

I have similar problems with two monitors. I have a Laptop with an external monitor. When I plugin the monitor the panel jumps to the external monitor even thought the internal LCD is configured as the main screen. This happens even after resetting configuration (by deleting configs), on a freshly installed system and can not be fixed in the settings by setting the external monitor as main and then back the LCD as main. The panel stays on the external monitor and I have to create a new one for the LCD. Unfortunately this happens every time. I am running Kubuntu, at the moment the Beta of 16:04, but the problem was the same with 15:10

Can you still reproduce the issue?

I do not use plasma5 anymore.
But I have still this problem on RHEL-7.4RC, Workstation variant with package kdeplasma-addons-4.10.5-5.el7.x86_64.rpm
Is this issue already fixed in plasma5 and could be applied from upstream to plasma4 ?

No

If you don't use Plasma 5 we can't do anything more with this report. Sorry.
