E.g. I get the error «Could not save properties. You do not have sufficient access to write to /home/ariasuni/.local/share/applications/rt/ibus-daemon.desktop.».

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Add Program → i type «ibus-daemon» then OK → OK again → I get the error message. It seems to be working, but I also get this message each time I click «Properties» then «OK» for this particular Program (and the edit fail).


Expected Results:  
.local/share/applications/rt/ should be created before trying to create a file in this directy, so that every subsequent operations succeed.
