Hi There I just tried this myself on Muon 5.4.2 I allowed the Authentication popup to sit awaiting my password for 30 seconds, and it all worked. Recently changes took place to Muon - splitting out Discover, and others. Leaving just Muon ( aka Muon Package Manager ) Is your bug talking about the same thing ? We welcome bug reports, and it would really help us lots if you could provide more detail when reporting https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Bugs/Reporting I am also unable to reproduce this. (I am on 5.8.0) If this is a problem on someone's machine, it seems likely to me that the issue is somewhere outside of muon anyway. Feel free to reopen this if you are still having the problem. |
