Which Qt version are you using? (Either check a KDE App's About dialog, or qmake --version on the command line).
Comment 2 Jesús 2016-04-02 10:05:54 UTC
I also see this bug in manjaro with after the recent update to plasman 5.6.1.

As a workarround, I added a script to autolaunch at startup with the right configuration using xrandr. In my case:
xrandr --output DVI-D-0 --right-of DVI-I-1

In my case
qmake --version
QMake version 3.0
Using Qt version 5.6.0 in /usr/lib
Comment 4 Ali Hakki 2016-04-04 11:14:31 UTC
sorry.
when exit form sdlmame, screen flickers black. and disrupted around of all windows. ( plasma 5.6.1 and qt-tools 5.6.0 )
I format the disks and temporarily I installed Debian mate.
Comment 5 Ali Hakki 2016-04-04 11:16:09 UTC
and now i install plasma 5.4.3, i will test it.
Comment 6 Sebastian Kügler 2016-04-04 12:56:52 UTC
So sdlmame changes your resolution and screen setup?
Comment 7 Ali Hakki 2016-04-04 17:51:22 UTC
no. that is a separate problem. sdlmame making only flickering screen and breaks window's shadows. if i relogin corruption ends.

I tested mame on debian testing with plasma 5.4.3. there isn't any problem. no screen flickering, no breaks window's shadows, no breaks screen setup when login.

i will install archlinux again this night. ( turkey utc+2) and i will test again. i make a video for this.
Comment 8 Ali Hakki 2016-04-04 19:55:23 UTC
before installing sdlmame. i restart the system two or three times no problem screen setup. no changes my screen setup.

i install sdlmame and play a game when exit from sdlmame and myscreen flickering screen and breaks window's shadows. and when restart system myscreen setup is going to unify.

Problems Originated from sdlmame.
when i test on debian not sdlmame its mame. there isnt sdlmame package for debian testing. sdlmame there is only for wheezy. ı dont know what is different between of them.. but mame is opensource now and iwill test it later.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Interesse.
Thank you very much for your concern.

and sory my bad english.
Comment 9 Ali Hakki 2016-04-04 20:22:01 UTC
ı will format and reinstall arch linux with plasma 5.6.1
I want to be sure. from sdlmame.
Comment 10 Sebastian Kügler 2016-04-04 22:40:58 UTC
Problems with multiscreen setups are often caused by bugs in Qt, which we have fixed upstream. Therefore, it would be good if you can check if your problems persist with using Qt 5.6.0 or higher. Testing Plasma 5.6 is of course also very useful, since we need to know which problems exist in the latest version.

I don't know if packages for Qt >= 5.6 are available in any of the distros you have available.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?

If it is, please change the status to CONFIRMED when replying, and paste the output of `kscreen-doctor -o` when it's working properly, and then right after you make the bug happen. If not, or if you can't because you no longer use this setup, you can change the status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Thanks a lot!
