Maybe related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356225, but maximized windows are not respecting taskbar when I have it moved to right screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Extend displays
2. Move taskbar to the left side of right display
3. Check maximized windows does not respect the panel.

Actual Results:  
Maximized windows under taskbar

Expected Results:  
Maximized windows right of taskbar
