I believe this has been fixed in 2.10 (see bug 325970), but currently handbook does not contain much information anyway. Thank you for reporting this bug in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version? If you can reproduce the issue, please change the status to "REPORTED" when replying. Thank you! It has been quite some time, and I have not used BasKet as it appeared either dead or dying at the time. I have now installed version 2.50, and the Handbook is indeed accessible via the Help menu or F1. Glad to see that BasKet is still alive :-) I'd say the issue is resolved.
