When I open up the New Layer window, the size is irregular and what ever I try to resize it, it wont work. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up Krita
2. Click the Layer button.
3. Click New, then a window should pop up and it scratched 

Actual Results:  
It's still the same

Expected Results:  
It would have been back to normal

Hi,

Thanks for your report. I'm not sure I understand which window you are talking about. Could you attach a screenshot to the bug report? And are you using 2.9 or the 3.0 pre-alpha?
