The only possible choice in theme menu is default : there are no other items.
The theme manager is inactive.
What is missing in my installation ?
I can produce a screen capture if necessary.

My system : xubuntu 15.10 64 bits

Xubuntu not Kubuntu

Install KDE themes packages for KControl Center. digiKam look for these files.

remove link to desktop color config pannel to be less desktop dependant.
