Description kai.straube 2016-03-21 15:02:44 UTC
If you change , for instance, the font-size in the profile-dialog, next time you run konsole, the settings are lost. In dolphin the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open konsole
2. change font-size for the actual profile
3. close konsole
4. restart konsole, the changes are lost

Probably the same as bug#358083.

Does it work if you create a new profile and set that as default?
Comment 3 kai.straube 2016-03-25 15:55:01 UTC
Now with version 15.12.3 it seems to be solved.

No, it isn't.
Changes to the default profile are still not remembered the first time.

A new profile (named "Profile #1") is created though and (apparently) used when you start konsole the next time, so saving settings does work afterwards. (Although I actually get 2 "Profile #1" profiles, one is actually named "Profile 1.profile" in ~/.local/share/konsole/, the other one "Profile #1.profile" ...)

I'd still say this is a duplicate, marking as such.
