kdesignerplugin: Plugin to load KDE widgets into QtDesigner - so I think, this is used by developers only.
But it is required for kdelibs4support.
Since Qt 5.6, unable to compile the kdesignerplugin, because it depends on the removed qtwebkit via kdewebkit.
But the kdesignerplugin is really needed for all kde users?

Reproducible: Always

Is this different to bug 360771? If you compile KF5DesignerPlugin without KF5WebKit support, then KDELibs4Support should not depend on QtWebKit.

Yes, but kdelibs4support always depends on kdesignerplugin.
Why? I think, kdesignerplugin is not required for end-users, because this is a developer tool.
It may be an optional dependency.
