There is already an option in the "Settings -> Edit Current Profile... -> Scrolling" to position the scrollbar to the left, or to the right side, or hide it completely.

It would be really great, if there was an option to extend this behaviour to hide the scrollbar automatically, when there is nowhere to scroll, and show it if the content does not fit on the page.

I think it would be a really nice addition, because I use Vim and other "one-page" applications frequently, and in this cases, the scrollbar is useless and inactive. On the other hand, when doing other tasks, I really like the ability to check the size of the scrollback just by looking at the scrollbar, and quickly navigate in it.
