I have some questions regarding the investigation of this bug. Are you using a database or a .kmy file to store your data? Which version of AqBanking are you using¹? Did you install them using Ubuntu packages? Does or did the importer work with another profile or csv file? Thank you for you help! ¹ You can use the command "aqbanking-cli versions" to get this pice of information. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UsingTheTerminal#Starting_a_Terminal describes how to open a terminal. I have some questions as well: Is it really 4.6.4? Please consider to find a newer version. Latest version to be known from packages is 4.7.2 Can you use the HBCI interface? I use that for my DiBa accounts for transaction download. Works like a charm. It is much better than going through the CSV hassle. Your mileage may vary - I am using the git master version. The HBCI interface i have to make some tests. I like my actual linux, i am using Linux mint 17.2 Cinnamon ( = Ubuntu Packages 14.04 ). The version 4.6.4 comes via the standard package management within this version. Following the bash results: $ aqbanking-cli versions Versions: AqBanking-CLI: 5.3.5 Gwenhywfar : 4.10.0.0 AqBanking : 5.3.5.0 $ kmymoney --version Qt: 4.8.6 KDE: 4.14.2 KMyMoney: 4.6.4 May be i should install the git master version, but i do not know how to make this without crashing my system ... May be some of you could give me link to a description or a tip. Thank you so much for the your help. Forgot the answer because of file type. I am using a .kmy file. Till now i used the csv importer to import the transactions from my local bank, because they do not allow HBCI. But now i have changed my bank account, this is why i have to find a new way for importing the transactions. Thank you so much. After several trials and the information from linuxwiki how to configure aqbanking, the hbci connection works now very well !! So i have to say many thanks for the tip. From my side the problem is solved |
