Icons not showing on buttons. I change more then 5 icons set, but nothing happen.
So buttons are now not visible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. icons are set properly on all buttons except kdenlive
2. start Kdenlive
3. all icons on buttons are not here


Expected Results:  
All buttons must have icons or text

Please install Breeze icon theme. This is an downstream distro packager issue, so please contact them to correct their packagings. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

I have the same problem and have the Breeze icon theme already installed. Ubuntu 16.04, Kdenlive 16.08.0. Thanks.

Did you activate the Breeze icon theme in your desktop?

Ah, no. Do you mean switch my entire desktop theme over to the breeze set? Is that what's necessary to make sure the application has the correct buttons?

I suspect so; but you may also try in Kdenlive "Configure">"Force Breeze Icon Theme" first to see if that works.

Thanks, the solution turned out to be to install the oxygen icon set.
