Sentry Crash Report:

Description Yfirstrumpur 2016-03-13 10:16:45 UTC
I changed from opensuse 13.1 zu 13.2 (total new setup).
starting digikam gives my the thumbnails for the pics and movies of my
Canon PowerShot AS2400IS
There ist no date for the pics, but for the movies.

All functions (make ISO-directories, show properties,...) have the same behavior. No date for pics, but for the movies.
It look like a problem with gphoto2, BUT(!) libgphoto2-6 didn't changed since 2014.

On my cam are still pics from time before going on opensuse 13.2, those deliver no date. neither. But they had deliver formerly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect cam
2. -> Import
3. look pic properties

Expected Results:
Tells me on proerties
"Datum: unbekannt"
Tells me on thumbs
"Erstellt: 00:00"

fresh opensuse 13.2

uiuiui,
that took 108 packages to actualize and a move from opensuse 13.2 partially deeply into leap41.

But that works.
Thanks from Germany

I think that was not the right way. There are for openSUSE a KDE "EXTRA" repository with updated programs. Which repository they have used for digiKam? From Leap 42.1? Ok when it works...
