Currently you can automaticaly save scans to filenames "Image-x.tiff" where x is integer starting with 1. And user can't make it start with 0. Sometimes it is convenient to save book cover as image-0 and avoid shift in other page numbers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Scan image
2. Choose save 
3. Try to enter 0 as starting number for automatically assigned file names.

Actual Results:  
It's switched back to 1

Expected Results:  
It stays 0
