Hi all,
just a small hint from us 'notebook-users' with those crappy 16:9 or 16:10 screens:
Could you please provide a default theme (breeze or whatever) where a user can really minimize the visible space of the window-titlebars?

This is (on my screen) approx. 0.7cm of wasted space - containing only the window title. I would really love to see window-titlebars being just as big as necessary. Yes, i can tweak them a little by setting the button sizes to small, but at some point the text of the title gets unreadable.

And yes, i know the gnome DE is going exactly the other way - last time i looked, the titlebars just got bigger in the current release ... :-)

Still i am not a fan of this 'evolution', it's ok to have bigger titlebars if there would be information beyond the title (as in gnome, where you can put the menu inside - btw, please don't do it in KDE!)
Maybe its ok for bigger screens, but why not giving everyone a choice?

Reproducible: Always

still needs to be addressed in plasma 5.8 / fedora 25
