using theme "earth/openstreetmap/openstreetmap.dgml" in forms is great, but there is one problem: ceating a report 1 sheet has an empty picture. 
You told me earlier, the reason lays by OSM. 
O.k. Then I ask if you could combine this lack with a dummy page? Then there is no faulty page.

If I understand right, you wrote about 2 maps. I have only one and 1 picture.
