on each (most of them) system tray widget you get also the system tray setting dialogue when right click. As there is the arrow it would be enough to have the system tray setting dialogue only there cause why the user want to edit the behavior of show/hide the plasmoid the system tray Settings. the only reason when it is usefull would be when you can move the widget to autohide (what would be awesome)
