Is this a trust tablet?

Yes...

Then there is nothing we can do; Trust no longer makes or sells or supports their tablets, so we cannot get test hardware. We might accidentally have fixed the crash in Krita 3.0 -- you can try a pre-alpha build and see if that works for you.

Hi!

Used Krita 2.9.11 on Win7 (x64) for a while with Trust Flex Design tablet. It worked fine.
Yesterday upgraded to Win10 (x64) and now it crushes immediately when tablet is used.
Latest vendor drivers for Win10 are used (v4).

So far found that Krita x64_2.9.6.3 works fine on Win10, all later versions are crushing (including pre-alphas).

It would be really nice to have this bug fixed.
Thanks!

P.S. Is it possible to get error sack trace in Krita somehow? any logs?

Working fine on Krita 3.0

Hi Vitalijs,

Since we do not have the hardware, we cannot fix the issue. You could, like Marcos suggests, try 3.0.

Could you, please, share which exactly version of Krita / Trust driver / Windows are you using?
For me krita3-prealpha3-de0d43d, as well as krita-2.99.89 are still crushing.
