After installing the latest update package (in the vain hope that I might at some stage get a usable, stable Plasma5) system. Dolphin (in its packaged) form is rendered totally unusable after reboot, starting wit error message

"klauncher meldet: Error loading '/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so'."

Using:
KDE Frameworks 5.19.0
Qt 5.5.1 (built against 5.5.1)
The xcb windowing system

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. startupdolphin
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Unusable

I should like to add that "file.so" IS in its proper place and that a reinstall of kio also does not solve the problem.

Thanks for the bug report. This problem has never been reported before, and it looks like a packaging problem to me. Please ask your distribution for assistance. Thanks.
