The aspect ratio of the default proxy files is 4:3, and when running that over 16:9 footage it changes the aspect ratio of the footage in the clip monitor and the Project monitor. 
The aspect ratio of the source footage should be kept intact

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select default proxy generator
2.load 16:9 footage
3.Watch as the proxies generated display as 4:3

Actual Results:  
Proxy clips display with wrong aspect ratio

Expected Results:  
Aspect ratio of proxies to match footage
