When changing the default proxy profile, a dialog pops up, asking whether to re-create all proxies for a project. 
No matter what button is clicked, the proxies are not re-generated

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change proxy settings for a project
2.Click "Yes" on the dialog that pops up
3.Watch as how the proxies are not re-generated

Actual Results:  
Proxies stay as they are

Expected Results:  
Proxies to be deleted and re-generated

Evert, can you please check if this has been fixed in the recent stable 16.04.2? Or is this bug still present?

Some work was done on the proxy generation some time ago, and I forgot about this one. 
It is indeed fixed.
