I beg to differ: several distributions still distribute the unfixed frei0r package, the one with the ugly alpha bug. Until this is resolved I strongly recommend against disabling this existing and known-to-work feature in Kdenlive. Anyway, I would suggest to not remove this feature, but instead let it default to off when the frei0r alpha bug fix has finally been delivered to users. Wegerf, thanks for the info. In that case, I agree. I guess I'll bring this up again at a later time. Closing this big for now. |
