The window title in the tooltip of task manager is not updated when the window title changes.
This can be best reproduced with the new media control functionality (which is awesome, by the way. Aside from the usual tiny sizes) 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a media player open, e.g. amarok
2. Mouse hover the entry in the task bar to get the tooltip
3. Use it to skip to the next song

Actual Results:  
The song title is updated in the new player control, but the window title below stays on the old (now wrong) value

Expected Results:  
Both are updated

Note that this is just one example, in general the text should be kept in sync with the window title, not just for audio players

Unfortunately not fully fixed with the above mentioned patch, still occurs, oddly enough sometimes it now works.

[Task Manager] Use bindings for tooltip information

Let's let QML do what it can do best and update all the information real time.
