When I search for a package like "nvidia-modprobe", it doesn't show the list of technical packages like the Ubuntu Software Centre does.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Discover
2. Search for a technical package (like nvidia-modprobe)

Actual Results:
Results list is blank

Expected Results:
Results should show all available packages, even technical ones (I don't know of a better description than "technical" like Ubuntu Software Centre calls them, so, sorry if that's ambiguous).

Tested while using Discover 5.5.4 on Kubuntu 15.10, using KDE Plasma 5.5.4 from the kubuntu-ppa/backports ppa.

Searching for "scan" won't show Skanlite (which has "scan" in the description).

It's worse - see #362096 and mark this as a duplicate please.
