1. Press PrtScreen to launch Spectacle.
2. Click on Kicker/Kickoff and launch other Spectacle instance. (Plasma freezes)
3. Close the second Spectacle instance. (a dialog is opened with message: KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/spectacle')
4. Click OK button to close the dialog and unfreeze Plasma.

Reproducible: Always

There were issues with the DBus code that was causing no end of weird bugs. This has now been fixed.
