As in you want it so the panel is the width of the screen, but it only reappears if you mouse over a certain of the bottom of the screen? Why? Yeah, that. I have some applications that have buttons on the bottom corners and I always activate the taskbar instead... Maybe there could be some kind of activation delay instead though...
